We recognize it is a major inconvenience anytime you have to leave your vehicle with us.
If it is necessary for us to keep your vehicle overnight, unfortunately Nissan does not provide for a rental car. Additionally, our insurance carrier prohibits us from providing loaner vehicles.
However, one-way shuttle service is available from Crown to your home or work within a 12 mile radius beginning at 7:45 in the morning and continuing throughout the day until 4:00 pm.
For those who need a rental car we have made arrangements with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to provide you the best possible service at a special daily rate. Your Service Advisor can make all of arrangements for you.
